Robert Tweed Male • United States of America

Robert Tweed has been involved in real estate transactions his entire adult life, having purchased his first rental at the age of 22 in his native Toronto, Canada. A few years later, he was able to purchase his second rental in Toronto. Using his passive income streams, Robert eventually relocated to Los Angeles, CA in 1987. Soon after arriving in Southern California, Robert began sourcing and flipping foreclosures, and by the early 1990s, he had completed well over 30 real estate flips.

In 2004, Robert was introduced to the concept of a 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange. Robert was working for Del Exeter, a local CPA in Monrovia, CA, at the time. Del introduced Robert to his son Bill Exeter, the former Head of Chicago Title Company's Exchange Division. He quickly caught up with the help of Bill's expertise, who expertly guided Robert's 1031 Exchange transactions to success.
