Roger Pettingell has been a staple in the Sarasota community for many years. He is an expert on the waterfront lifestyle because he has owned property in several waterfront communities, including L'Ambiance, Sanctuary, Grand Bay, Beachplace, Country Club Shores, Harbor Acres, and Bird Key.
