Shravan Parsi Male United States of America

Shravan Parsi hails from Hyderabad, India, where he grew up in a family that believed in education and perseverance. His father, who lived with a mild disability, became one of the top medical doctors in Hyderabad. Watching his father’s journey showed him at an early age that commitment and persistence could overcome challenges and open paths to success.

Curiosity and a drive for knowledge guided Parsi from a young age. In the seventh grade, he moved to a new school to study English and prepare for opportunities beyond his immediate surroundings. After junior college, when he was not admitted to medical school, he enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in pharmacy at Manipal. Known as one of India’s top schools and an international university town, Manipal exposed Parsis to academic rigor and diverse perspectives. During this time, he started shaping the ambition of building a pharmaceutical and biotech company in the future.

After completing his undergraduate degree, Shravan continued his education in the United States. He was admitted to St. John’s University in New York, and a scholarship covered nearly all of his tuition. At St. John’s, he earned a master’s in pharmaceutics and industrial pharmacy while working as a teaching assistant in the compounding pharmacy lab. The demanding program and hands-on responsibilities helped him gain discipline and a practical understanding of his field.

He began his career as a pharmaceutical scientist. He worked at their global headquarters at Schering-Plough (now Merck) in New Jersey, and later with DPT Labs and Health Point in San Antonio, Texas. Over the years, he contributed to the development of several OTC and prescription drugs. His work included a patented antiseptic drug designed to address hospital-acquired infections and a wound care therapy created for the US military. These professional experiences strengthened his skills in product development and data-driven decision-making, which later supported his transition into real estate.

While advancing in the pharmaceutical industry, Shravan began investing in real estate. He purchased his first single-family homes while working full-time, often spending evenings managing renovations and tenants. What started as a side project turned into a profitable venture, convincing him to leave laboratory work and pursue entrepreneurship full-time.
