She then held a pivotal role at P&H Solutions in Newton, Massachusetts, as Senior Vice President of Product and Sales Support. Under her leadership, her team developed a pioneering internet payment platform that rapidly captured a significant portion of the U.S. banking market, leading to the company's acquisition by ACI Worldwide in 2006.

Following the acquisition, she served as Senior Vice President of Solutions Consulting and Sales Support at ACI Worldwide, where she played a crucial role in globalizing the company's payment solutions and served clients in 95 countries.

Monteith's skills further shone at BlueSnap, where she was instrumental in enhancing their Payment Orchestration Platform™. Her efforts included establishing a network of over 30 global banks, significantly improving local payment processes, and promoting global economic growth.

Currently, as an independent Strategic Payments Consultant, Monteith applies her vast experience to advising Fintech firms and investors, assisting entities such as KemKids, a well-known dance organization in Palm Beach County, Florida, in optimizing their payment processes.

Monteith holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a minor in Spanish from Florida International University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Maryland, providing a solid foundation for her professional achievements.

Her philanthropic endeavors include supporting A Wider Circle in Maryland, which assists those in poverty, and the Busch Wildlife Sanctuary in Florida, which focuses on wildlife rehabilitation and environmental education. She is also passionate about supporting Ali Cat Rescue, which improves the welfare of cats and kittens.
