Each year, Third Culture Bakery donates a portion of its assets to several charities, such as the Berkeley Humane Society, San Francisco AIDS Foundation, SF LGBT Center, The Trevor Project, and 1951 Coffee Company, a nonprofit that helps educate the public and forge relationships by giving refugees and asylum seekers jobs and training. The bakery sent thousands of dollars to a gay BIPOC emergency assistance fund in the Bay Area during the epidemic.

Winter and Sam expected to get a few hundred requests for these kits but instead got over 5,200 and have now distributed over 22,000.
