In 2012, McCorry took on the role of Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis for the Wine & Spirits division. Two years later, he became Vice President of Commercial Finance for the division, strengthening his reputation as a strategic financial leader. He implemented a zero-based budgeting approach and centralized investment processes, driving greater visibility and alignment with the company's business priorities.
