He also supported recruitment and onboarding processes to strengthen team capabilities. In 2017, he became Enterprise Inside Sales Director, managing 48 sellers and sales leaders while promoting collaboration and professional development. Later, he served as a Data Center Sales Executive and Account Executive, consistently achieving results by identifying new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. A focus on teamwork, effective communication, and continuous performance improvement has characterized his leadership.
Over the course of his career, he has received multiple awards recognizing his achievements and leadership, including FY22 Director of the Year, Manager of the Year FY19, and several quarterly and half-year honors. He continues to participate in volunteer activities and is a member of Christ the King Church in Nashville. In his personal time, he enjoys golf, hiking, and kayaking.
