We are incredibly blessed with an abundance of food and technology that allows us to be sedentary in our modern world. Narrow Road Fitness helps to navigate the myths and deception media and marketing when it comes to food and fitness. Matthew 7:14 says "Small is the gate and Narrow is the road that leads to life". Life is full of distractions that lead us down unhealthy rabbit holes. Consistency, encouragement, and accountability are needed for success. Narrow Road Fitness provides nutrition and fitness curriculum for churches or other Christian organizations to lead their own health program to meet the needs of their community. For roughly the cost of a single gym membership, an organization can support their entire community. We don't compete with gyms. We are a steppingstone and community builder. Fitness and nutrition are the vehicle. More importantly, we are a way to help your members build meaningful relationships, stay rooted in Scripture throughout the week, and potentially introduce non-believers to your organization and to Jesus!
